Kiditos Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Damaged During Transit
    If the product is damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement without the need to return the damaged item.

  2. Missing or Damaged Accessories
    If the product has missing or damaged components, you may request a refund or replacement without returning the item in your possession.

  3. Returns Due to Personal Reasons
    For returns due to personal reasons such as "no longer needed" or "not wanted," the shipping cost will not be covered by us. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kiditos.com for the return address.

    • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
    • Before approval, customers must provide photos of the item to verify its condition.
